Machine Shop

Magna Foundry is supported by our well-equipped machining and assembly shop which enables us to satisfy our customers’ requirements of cast & machined components and sub-assemblies from a single source.

Our machining division is equipped with 3 CNC machines, 7 VMC machines, 1 VTL machine and 1 HMC machine. We have 2 CMMs for precise dimensional inspection of machined components, and facilities like Millipore testing, Endoscopy etc. for inspection.

We also have supporting facilities like conventional machines, jet cleaning, leakage testing equipment, export worthy packing; and reliable local tie-ups for value added services such as Coating, Plating, and Phosphating etc.

With our efforts in forward integration and value addition, we strive to reduce the lead time and other procurement problems for our customers. Our aim is to further increase our machining capabilities in near future, in order to become a preferred supply partner for critical assemblies and sub-assemblies in the market.
